The woman behind the sweets

Collette Cabrera

Born and raised in the islands of Hawaiʻi, Collette brings a professional culinary background and an unmistakably local hand to every batch. Koko’s Kaleidoscope grew out of the simplest idea: that a good sweet can change somebody’s whole day.

She bakes the way she loves — generously. Family first, gratitude always, and joy you can taste. Azuki Bean Kinako Crinkle, Ube White Choco Chip and Pandan sit right beside Choco Chunk and Peanut Butter Supreme, because that’s what home tastes like here.
